Terms of Use
Draft for legal review. Last updated 2026-10-06.
Plumbing work
Any agreement for plumbing work is between you and the plumber who does the job. Plumbers are responsible for their licensing, permits, pricing, workmanship and warranties.
Information on this site
Guides and service pages are general information, not a diagnosis. Follow safety guidance, and never attempt gas, electrical or pressurized-system work yourself.
Calls and quotes
Calling the number on this site connects you with a licensed local plumber. Prices, scheduling and the scope of work are set by the plumber, who should explain the problem and give you a price before starting. You are never obligated to accept a quote.
Safety
In an emergency involving gas, fire, flooding near electrical equipment or anyone's health, leave the area and call 911 first. For leaks at the water meter or problems in public water and sewer mains, contact your water utility; in Gastonia, that's the City of Gastonia's utilities department.
Accuracy and changes
We work to keep information accurate and cite sources for local facts, but codes, permit requirements and utility policies change. Check with your local inspections office or utility for the current rules. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
Limitation
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by North Carolina law, we are not liable for work performed by the plumber.
